1. Order Processing & Craftsmanship

Each piece of Ruparna jewellery is meticulously inspected and prepared for shipment with the utmost care. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For bespoke or personalized creations, our artisans may require additional time, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process and you will get a notification in your registered email.

2. Shipping within India

Secure Delivery: All orders within India are shipped with our trusted partners and are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 5-15 business days from the date of shipment.

Safely Packaged: Your jewelry will arrive  safely packaged in elegant, unmarked boxes. Inside, you’ll find your piece nestled in our signature Ruparna crafted box, a testament to the craftsmanship and luxury within.

Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a notification via email and SMS with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order’s journey every step of the way. You can also track your order on our website through ‘Track Order’ page.

3. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping We currently focus on serving our customers within India. We appreciate your interest and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

4. Important Considerations

Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Package Condition: We take great care in packaging your jewelry to prevent damage during transit. If, however, your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
Unforseen delay: If there is delay in delivering the product because of unforseen issues like natural disaster, govermental restriction and other the delivery time will get extended.
